Terms and Conditions for PianoPatrol

    • The PianoPatrol.com website ("the Website") is operated by MelodyTec LTD ("the Company").
    • Use of the Website, purchasing products, or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    • The Website offers piano learning software and MIDI keyboards (hereinafter "the Product").
    • The information on the Website is accurate and updated, but changes may occur.

  4. Cancellation and Return Policy

    • Order cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
    • Customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the product, provided it has not been used.
    • In the case of cancellation, the transaction amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
    • If the product is damaged due to customer negligence, the Company reserves the right to decline the return.

  5. Payment and Security

    • All credit card transactions are processed on a secure payment page.
    • Customer details are not stored on the Website's servers.
